COMBI BOILERS
Combi boilers are a popular choice for modern homes, combining a high-efficiency water heater and central heating boiler into one compact unit. They heat water directly from the mains whenever you turn on a tap, removing the need for a hot water cylinder or cold water storage tank. This makes them extremely energy-efficient and cost-effective, as water is heated instantly rather than stored. With hot water delivered at mains pressure, you can enjoy powerful showers without a separate pump. Their compact size makes combi boilers ideal for smaller properties, homes with limited loft space, and households looking to maximise living space.

SYSTEM BOILERS
System boilers are an excellent solution for homes with higher hot water demands. They work with a separate hot water cylinder but have key heating components built into the boiler itself, making installation quicker and neater. Unlike regular boilers, system boilers do not require a cold water tank in the loft, freeing up valuable space and reducing the risk of leaks or frost damage. They provide a constant supply of hot water to multiple taps at the same time, making them ideal for properties with more than one bathroom. System boilers are also compatible with solar water heating, helping to lower energy bills and reduce environmental impact.
REGULAR BOILERS
Regular boilers, also known as conventional or heat-only boilers, are best suited to homes with an existing traditional heating system. They operate with a separate hot water cylinder and require a cold water storage tank in the loft, along with a feed and expansion tank for the heating system. These boilers are ideal for properties with older radiator systems, multiple bathrooms, or low water pressure. They are also compatible with solar water heating, helping reduce energy costs and carbon footprint.
